I'm an Accredited Sports Nutritionist, Personal Trainer of 15 years, and the founder of The Pride Fitness.
But I wasn't always "the fit one." In my late teens and early twenties, I struggled with my own health, confidence and extreme approaches to dieting. From fad programs and restrictive eating to stepping on a bodybuilding stage and competing at World level in Las Vegas — I learned the hard way that extremes don't create lasting results.
Since then, I've coached hundreds of women to lose fat sustainably while improving strength, confidence and mental fitness. I've also taught myself to swim as an adult before completing a 70.3 Ironman, and gone on to run ultra marathons.
My philosophy is simple: growth happens outside your comfort zone, but it doesn't require self-punishment. Real results come from consistency, not perfection.
