How long is the coaching program?

Coaching is offered on an ongoing, month-to-month, one-to-one basis. There is no fixed short-term plan — the focus is on building sustainable habits and real lifestyle change.

The program continues as long as you feel supported in your transformation journey, helping you reshape your relationship with food, training, and your body over time

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Your nutrition plan is built entirely around you — including any dietary restrictions, food preferences, allergies or intolerances. Nothing is ever prescribed that doesn't work for your body and your lifestyle. This is one of the key differences between 1:1 coaching and a generic program.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Your training program can be designed for the gym or home — whatever suits your life and your access to equipment. If you have a gym, great. If you don't, we'll work with what you have.

How quickly will I see results?

Most women notice changes within the first 2–4 weeks — in energy levels, how their clothes fit, and how they feel. Visible body composition changes typically follow. Results depend on consistency and commitment — which is exactly what the coaching structure is designed to support.

What happens after I apply?

Mel personally reviews every application and gets back to you within 24 hours. If it's a great fit, her team will reach out to confirm next steps and get your program started. If 1:1 spots are currently full, you may be offered a place in the Roar Society community while you wait.
